  1. We have access to tons (literally) of great rhubarb (might buy the place). In retirement it would be fun to figure out all the streams of income one could have from a rhubarb farm…mostly because I like marketing and people and fun foods. Two stalks of rhubarb will fill a gallon zip lock bag kind of rhubarb. Good stuff.
